In Spring 2014, we recruited a team of volunteers to plant a garden in West Dallas. We'll harvest and do a first-fruits tasting for the teams that prepped the garden in the fall and planted it in the spring.
And this is why we're BE The Delta.

Bridging communication and action between individuals, non-profits, and businesses. We do this by creating two service areas– consulting and technology.
As your consultants, you will receive best practices for event design, volunteer management, non-profit management, board matchmaking, communications and more for non-profits.
With technology, you will have access to online marketplace to connect with volunteers, organizations, and businesses. This will help you share your cause and create sustainable community transformation.
Our consultation style is hands-on and relies on creativity and innovation to give you the tools you can use short and long-term.

About Lexie Okeke
Lexie Okeke, BE The Delta’s Chief Change Agent, has worked with non-profits for more than 20 years in the areas of fundraising, volunteer management, and strategic communications. Lexie’s background in donor engagement and strategic communications proves tremendously helpful to organizations seeking to increase their donor giving, program effectiveness, and volunteer participation.
Lexie is regularly called on to emcee, speak, and consult for events. She is also an active volunteer with the Dallas Furniture Bank, Watermark Church, Dallas Engaged Professionals, and other local organizations.
